Was just ok. Wouldn’t go again. People working there were decent. Transportation there and back took FOREVER!
Fantastic day out with my daughter! Really friendly and funny staff, great location and good food we had a blast and would recommend this excursion
Nobody contacted us about the transportation from our hotel, even though we send emails, texts and left numerous messages requesting the info.

We received help from bellboys and the front desk. As a good will gestation we automatically proceed to a full refund. <p>I was very nervous booking this trip due to 1 review. Don’t be. It was an amazing day with the Loma Bonita crew. The horses were well cared for at a polo club. zip lines/cenote were awesome. Lunch was delicious. But-bring lots of cash for tips and pics. They don’t take credit cards and we ran out</p>
<p>This tour was everything advertised and more. Our guide Ron was exceptional. His knowledge and information added tremendously to our experience. The ziplining was fun and challenging and we had the added pleasure of being with a group of young ladies that were hilariously funny!</p>
