ウェスト ケロウナ ワイン ツアー

The date was 27th May 2026. There were 6 ladies in our group, total 12 on the tour. It was a full day tour. Ben was our guide and nice enough. At the beginning, Ben helped some of the ladies with a hand to get out. However, later on in the day, not so much! After a couple of wineries, some of our group had difficulty getting in and out of the vehicle as there was no step to climb onto/ step off the vehicle. This was due to various reasons that come with aging. When we asked Ben about this, he said something like, it wasn't allowed! In my opinion, there should have at least been a running board. When we were being dropped off, whilst my friend was getting off, she lost her footing and fell backwards onto the driveway. There were no grab bars, which was already a hazard! As a result, she grabbed on to the rubber beading around the door entrance, which came undone and she fell backwards. Meanwhile, I was helping another lady in our group get off the vehicle when this happened. Ben was not there to help the ladies, he was sitting in his seat! 😳 I understand that most of the people on these tours are young and able, however, West Kelowna is a retirement community for the most part, and this should be taken into account when allocating a vehicle. Also, the guide should be instructed to assist the passengers whenever they are getting on and off the vehicle, especially in the absence of a step/running board, as going the extra mile (pun intended)! Additionally, my friend Darci Hawley, who booked the tour was sent a list of wineries so we could pick our 5 wineries, which we did. However, on the day, I think only 1 of the wineries that we picked was included! How does this make sense? We pay for a tour, however, our choice of wineries are not given any consideration? This is not acceptable! It was most disappointing, and put a damper on what was otherwise an enjoyable day. We were celebrating one of our friend's birthday, which was why we decided to go on a wine tour.

Very good way to spend a day checking out wineries of West Kelowna without needing a designated driver.

We did not know what to expect, having never experienced a wine tour before. We all really enjoyed the different wineries, from posh to down to earth. The wines were varied and the info shared was interesting. An exceptional part of our experience was our guide Joshua. He made our experience quite special because of his easy nature, his additional interesting tidbits (do ask him about his Ogopogo sighting if you get a chance!) and his willingness to accomodate additional questions. We’d highly recommend this tour!

I have done wine tours in many locations and this was well done. Our guide was knowledge, warm and friendly, and accommodated all our wishes. The wines were good, as were the new connections we made during the day. Weather cleared, and the day was super enjoyable. Bought some wine also!

What a fantastic day! Casey picked us up at our hotel and we joined a wonderful group of people from Canada, Germany and Ireland. Such a pleasure to chat and drink wine with these lovely people. Stunning vineyards, great lunch at Bouchards but the star host was Diane at volcanic. So knowledgeable and obviously passionate about wine and the Gidda family she works with. Also, Casey our guide was wonderful. He has the most difficult job of keeping us all together and he did it so well we barely noticed! It must have been like herding cats. Awesome day!

Absolutely amazing experience with Vivid Tours. Our guide Don was the best. Great music and always smiling while he ensured we were on time and kept us in line all day lol. We’ll be back and will ask for Don…Sweet Caroline!!!

Was such a great day! Everyone in our group had so much fun, and our driver was amazing. The van was so fun to cruise around the city in and we got to go to all of our favourite wineries!

The full-day tour of West Kelowna was exceptional, with our guide Shilo ensuring that we adhered to the schedule. We had ample time to enjoy the various wineries, making the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the prompt pick-up service contributed to a seamless day.

Had an incredible time, great wine and beautiful scenery, our tour guide Sach was both insightful and hilarious making for a solid adventure.

My husband and I had a lovely wine tour in Kelowna with Vivid Tours. Our tour guide was Don. He kept us laughing and singing all day and had endless stories of his time in this lovely part of Canada. The wineries we visited were all lovely, I especially enjoyed the charm and character of the Hatch Winery while my husband enjoyed Frind Winery the best. It was a great way to spend a day before we left the city of Kelowna and carried on with our journey across Canada. I would highly recommend the professionalism and care Vivid Tours took in creating a great day for us. Thank you !
