On arrival you go through the processes of immigration, then get in the endless queue which seemed endless to get through security and passport control. In total, it took us around 2.5 hours to go through & collect your luggage to get out of the airport. Departure is a totally different story, every thing was so easy. If arrivals could be this easy it would have been a pleasure.
Never in all of our years of travel (including Pearson Airport) have we needed 3 1/2 hours to get into a organized madness called a check in (I blame Sunwing also for their unorganized check ins) and then sit on a plane that we barely made, to only wait another two hours on the tarmac, as they slowly brought out the luggage.
Completed the enter Jamaica form on line prior to leaving for Jamaica. Completing this allowed for easy scanning at the kiosk on arrival as well as continuing on through immigration and getting your luggage. The terminal is a little on the small side for the amount of traffic it recieves.
