Dan and Patricia meet you and provide a historical walking tour with multiple food stops along the way. Patricia shares stories about the food while eating local foods and treats. Delightful company, stories and food. One of our best experiences.
Dan was a great guide. We enjoyed learning about the history of Bucharest while enjoying traditional foods like mici, cabbage rolls, candy and the wonderful stuffed pretzels from Luca. When visiting Romania this is a must do!
What a great experience learning the history and the food culture of Bucharest. Both Dan and Pati are such delightful people. We learned so much history from Dan, and Pati with her enthusiasm for the local cuisine. We consider them new friends from afar.

Dan and his wife Patricia hosted a walking tour that included three tasting stops. Along the way Dan was able to give us his first hand experience of Romania before the Revolution, During the Revolution and After the revolution. As history Buffs we very much appreciated his insights. Patricia was able to curate a wonderful tasting at each stop. She gave us the history and background of the foods that we were eating. The last stop was a full on meal. They hosted us as if they were old friends. Bring your appetite as you will not leave hungry.
