This booking was not able to accommodate my travel needs. I tried to cancel immediately upon realization (less than 5 minutes after making the booking). My attempt to cancel was not accepted. I contacted Viator multiple times. They tried to contact the tour operator. The tour operator sent me a text yet did not confirm if they could accommodate my transfer. It was not until an hour after I needed the transfer that I was co texted. By that time I was going through security at the airport. I had to make other arrangements. My transfer wound up being double. I am a travel advisor as well.
william was amazing! he drove us from the airport to our resort, gave us lots of tips for things to do during our stay and is an all around nice guy!
