I am stating my experience With Thanks to Ashish .. Such a amazing guy he is. I am using OneGroupholidays since 2019 and I am the regular traveller with OneGroupholidays.Every time had a great experience with Price , quality and amazing support . Let me explain my recent experience with OneGroupholidays. I have booked 12Nights Europe holiday Package with OneGroupholidays. I forgotten my passport in the Hotel Room and reached at Zurich Airport to fly back to India . I called to hotel but not getting the resolution. Then I called to Ashish for the help - it was around 1AM in India and as always he assured me that he will do the best to get by passport back asap . He called to hotel team and too many other persons and within 90 mins I got my passport back to me with the help of Ashish . During this 90-120 mins he continued touch with me and assured me that he will do the best . I can’t forget this wonderful experience with ashish and OneGroupholidays. He is always available to answer the queries . Coming to the package and other arrangements everything was perfect 👍. Thank you so much Ashish Ji … Keep doing the good work ..
