A wonderful company, a wonderful driver and superb communications from Katie and Sophie. I highly recommend this company for both Airport transfers and Tours! We had a fabulous time, Thank you Abdul, Sophie and Katy…….Thank you Salalah!
Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We are happy you had a great time in Salalah!
No one turned up to collect us - we ended up having to get a local taxi to take us to our hotel. I couldn’t get hold of anyone either
We are really sorry for the inconveniences caused. Unfortunately we did not receive the booking notification to our email. We had already one booking for the same day by other customers and only this booking was displayed in our system. We are already working on it that it does not happen again. We do also contact our customers by email or Whatsapp before their arrival to make sure to provide the best service. We did already refund the full amount of your booking and can only apologize again for this mistake in the booking system. Your Salalah4Tourist Team
