As a solo female traveler I was able to schedule a ride with a female driver who picked me up at 5 am when my flight arrived early and it was still dark outside. I felt super safe and secure and would highly recommend this service!
This ride excelled in every way. It conquered my worst fear in a new city and airport. I had to go to Guadalajara for work and my greatest concern is how to get from the airport to the hotel. They made it so easy and so professional. The customer service was simply number 1. I had everyone’s numbers, pictures in arrival And a smiling driver (Beatriz). She was so helpful and taught me about the city and where to go for great food and entertainment. Absolutely a first class ride and exceptional value. I am working with them to arrange my return to the airport and telling everyone at my business meeting about them. Their expertise and customer service make them easy to talk about. I can’t wait until my next ride.
