Chittorgarh was two hrs from udaipur. The roads are great. The driver Sajid of Udaipur day tours was on time to pick us up. He gave us a lot of information about the places and there was never a dull moment. The guide joined us at the Chittorgarh fort and was very good. The fort is in a 10 kms distance and we visited the various temples within by car. The Victory Tower is an absolutely must see 15 th century structure. Beautifully designed and constructed. An engineering marvel of those times. Superb. Sajid took us to a fairly nice restaurant for lunch and brought us back to the hotel by 5pm. Enroute he obliged us with a stop over at a Sweets shop for some local treats which we carried back home. Thankyou Sajid for giving us a great time.
