good cooking experience
The cooking experience was interresting and funny with a good and sympathic chief. But we didn't received the recipes to cook at home. It's the weak point of the experience.

Great cooking class in SaPa
Superb morning where we cooked 5 dishes as a family. The chef was very educational and the level was very well adapted. We cooked 5 dishes, each with a lot of ingredients. The chef gives many explanations regarding both the ingredients and their uses, and their cooking methods I recommend this cooking class
