⭐ 1 star Amigo Tours cancelled our Seville Alcázar tour at the last minute, despite the booking being confirmed. The alternative date they offered was a full week later, when we would no longer even be in Seville. This completely disrupted our holiday plans, as the visit had been arranged around the confirmed booking. Very disappointing and frustrating experience, particularly given the short notice. We expected much better organisation and customer service.
The tour with Hector from Amigo Tours was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in details.

Hector was great! The two sites were stunning. Not sure if this is due to Viator or the operator but the instructions said to to be there 15 min before start time which is fair, but the start time was 15 min before the first site even opened. So that part could be improved.
Really enjoyable tour of these two beautiful houses. Hector was so informative and really brought the places to life. I learnt so much about the history of both and also gained a greater understanding of their importance to Seville. Going in the morning was great for avoiding the crowds and having a guide gave me a greater insight into subtle details you would miss if you visited self-guided.
Hector de amigo tour explained everything to us very well. The comments were very relevant and allowed us to learn a lot of new things thank you very much for this wonderful moment.

It has been an enriching experience. The guide in particular, Héctor, a charming, pleasant, and attentive guy, as well as a huge professional, since he had to conduct the tour in both Spanish and English; I really liked his confidence and ease.
