Great experience with Adnan our driver. Smooth pickup at the hotel and easy drive to Petra where we arrived well prepared and on time. Adnan gave us a plan so we could see the monastery and tips for once inside. Highly recommend R&H VIP transportation
Adnan was our driver for the day and he was punctual in picking us up. It was a smooth drive to Petra, with a short rest stop, to break up the trip. Adnan provided a lot of information about Jordan broadly as we drove through the beautiful countryside. As we got closer to Petra, he provided us with invaluable information that allowed us to navigate Petra without a guide, and avoid making any mistakes with the "free" tips/people living inside the ancient city. The local people were very friendly but we could see how you could be easily led off the path. We had plenty of time to explore the whole site (excluding the Monastery) and Adnan came to collect us when we were ready. It was the perfect way to see Petra!

My partner and I booked our driver Adnan for our first visit to Petra. We highly recommend requesting Adnan as he was very accomodating and insightful throughout the entire 6 hour trip. On the way to Petra and the way back to Amman he stopped at a midway house so we could have a rest from the long drive. He allowed us to have lunch after our Petra visit at a local restaurant where the food and service was amazing. Adnan gave us very helpful tips for our trip to Petra, including what to expect, as well as giving us extra bottles of water so we didn't need to purchase any inside. This was a great experience for my partner and I and if we ever come back to Petra, Adnan will be our first point of contact! :)

We had a brilliant experience in Southern Jordan with Bardaghawi as our driver, Esam as our guide for Petra, and Abdullah as our guide through Wadi Rum. Everything flowed smoothly, from the early morning hotel pickup to the 4 hour drive to Wadi Musa. Bardaghawi provided some great local history and context for us throughout the journey. We were then handed over to Esam at the Petra visitor center, and spent the next several hours exploring the site with him as a guide - he was great, knowledgeable and funny, we really enjoyed meeting him and spending a bit of time with him. We decided last-minute to go to Wadi Rum and Bardaghawi arranged it no problem. We were brought around by Abdullah in his jeep and saw some beautiful scenery in the desert. The whole experience was great. Recommended 10/10

This day trip was a fantastic experience. Our driver and guide Bardaghawi picked my wife and I up from the hotel and during the drive to Petra he gave us some great insights into Jordan and explained the rich history of Petra. We stopped for coffee and a very smart souvenir shop en route, and Bardaghawi gave us some very useful practical advice on the best way to explore Petra. We had pre-purchased Jordan Passes so entry was straight forward. We had a fantastic self-guided visit to the historical site at Petra, which is definitely a must-see location in Jordan. Our drive back to Amman also went very smoothly.. it was a great day, good value and many thanks to R&H and Bardaghawi.

Everything was very well organized and well communicated. Khalid was a safe driver and an interesting conversationalist. He was most attentive to my desires and interests.
