We especially wanted to highlight the difference made by the guide Rafa "The Caliph," the attention to historical details, the connection between Roman-Arab-Christian cultures, emphasizing historical periods of healthy coexistence or mere survival opportunities in particular conquest situations. His expertise in art history and his love for his "office" (The Mosque) made the more than three hours spent with him worthy of a return in the near future. I will contact you if you come to Córdoba; it will make a difference.

Cardova is a must visit for culture, and architecture, specially confluence of Christian and Islamic designs. There is a lot of history as well, which our guide Ana did a wonderful job of explaining.

We were not able to find the tour guide, despite being early and in the exact location that we were told to be at. The company refused to provide a refund. We were with other customers who were also trying to find the guide. Several unhappy customers. The instructions should be more clear and there should be a way to reach the guide. I have not had any troubles finding other tours in the area.

On the day of your reservation (24/02 – Jewish Quarter & Mosque tour), our guide was present at the established meeting point and waited for 10 minutes, as indicated in our standard procedure. We carefully checked your voucher, and the meeting point stated there was correct. At that time, we did not have any other clients missing at the meeting point. In fact, we were only assisting another reservation by phone to help them arrive correctly. Additionally, we contacted you via TripAdvisor messaging to inform you that the guide had been waiting and to offer you the possibility to join the second part of the tour at Calle Torrijos (Mosque entrance). Unfortunately, we did not receive a response nor see you at that location either. We always strive to provide clear meeting instructions and remain available through the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. We are genuinely sorry that, in this case, we were unable to connect on time. A fascinating experience, very interesting, which led us to learn more about a part of the history of the territory of Córdoba. A special appreciation for the skill of the two guides, Ana for the Jewish quarter and Raphael for the visit to Mezquita, who made us live for two hours about their story as if we were really in that historical moment. We lost a lot of time waiting for other people who needed to join half way, the explaination was professional but nothing more than what you can find on the internet.

Fabulous experience, thanks to our guide Saray. Visit very pleasant and fun, with the typical chalcarrillos of the area.
