That we didn't got what was promised after. The fruit salad was an apple and a banana. And there was no water.

It was a quiet time of day that we went kayaking but the hosts were so friendly and helpful. They were ready when we arrived and the route we kayaked was really calm and peaceful.

Well organized with the pick-up & drop-off, beautiful nature, good material, lots of info from the guide. You can change on site and leave your shoes/backpack safely. Super nice relaxing trip! Tip: try to go by sunset.

Communication and pick up/ drop off service very good however, was disappointed with location, feel like we spent more time looking at buildings than the mangroves. Perhaps our own fault for not doing enough research on location of activity, only spent about 20 minutes inside the actual mangroves. Guide was polite but we had to ask questions, not very forthcoming with information. Overall, we left feeling disappointed, especially for the price, would have been a lot cheaper to get a taxi and do it ourselves

I found out that we were charged 3x the original price on Viator and messaged 3 times expressing the disappointment and requesting a refund for the difference but no response at all from anyone. I do not recommend anyone booking through viator as it’s a ripoff. Go directly to the website of any experience to book your activity. Or in the case of the kayaking, there was absolutely no need to book in advance as it was available at any point during the day and absolutely no need to arrive earlier than your booking time slot.
