Dear Pamela, We are very sorry that this situation occurred, but we would also like to clarify a few important details regarding your reservation. The tour you booked normally starts in Kotor. However, your booking was made for pickup in Bar, which is approximately 60 km from Kotor. Although Bar is outside our usual departure area for this tour, we wanted to accommodate your request and therefore specifically arranged both a vehicle and a licensed guide to travel from Kotor to Bar for your pickup. Our guide was at the Port of Bar at the agreed time waiting for you. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding regarding the exact meeting point and you were unable to locate each other immediately, despite being in telephone contact. You eventually met after approximately 40 minutes, not after one hour as stated in the review. We acknowledge that the meeting instructions and identification could have been clearer, and we sincerely apologize for this. However, once you and our guide finally met, the vehicle and guide were ready to proceed with the tour. At that point, you decided not to continue with the excursion. Despite the fact that we had already incurred the additional costs of sending both the vehicle and guide from Kotor to Bar specifically for your booking, we chose not to charge you for any of these costs. As a gesture of goodwill and because customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, we accepted all expenses ourselves and issued you a 100% refund. We are genuinely sorry that you did not experience the tour we had prepared for you. We have also taken your comments regarding meeting-point instructions seriously and will use this experience to make our pickup procedures even clearer in the future. Dear Lori, Thank you on your review. We don't think so that we deserve it. We provided you 2 climatised cars with 2 driver. One of them is tourguide and the second is English speaking driver. For transfers you were separated in 2 cars, but on the Kotor and Budva walking tours you were all together. Also, on your demand, you have got extra 1 Hour lunch time in Budva and it wasn't charged. You should tip your driver and tourguide instead. During the years we had few similar situations and noone ever complained. As you said, Sanja did a great tourguide job which is the most important.
