The guide and the driver are professionals. The pink city and the golden land of the suburbs were very impressive. I definitely want to visit again.

Moris was great and friendly, very knowledgeable about both Georgian and Armenian history and had a factual answer for every question. Trip started off with a drive to the border then to a church in the mountains, stopped at a small village, Lake Sevan, Mother of Armenia statue and then through landmarks in Yerevan, before a scenic drive back through the mountains. It was a long day trip but I enjoyed it, the other people on the day trip were great too which is perfect as a solo traveller.

Thanks to Moris's guide, my trip to Armenia was fun. The time schedule is perfect!

Long trip but worth it Knowalagble and caring

The route was wonderful, and mountain routes and roads seemed scary. Thanks to the wonderful driver, we covered everything very well, reached lake Sevan and Yerevan, and were very fortunate with the weather to see everything in beautiful sunlight! People are surprised we could do it within one day - but this shows professional skills of our wonderful driver who was simply amazing! I wish we could hear much more about the in-depth history of Armenia and its places, as we did on our other trips, but we can read about it now. At least we saw the places!

Unfortunately our tour bus broke down after the first stop in Armenia, which sent the rest of the day off track. Some other guests commented that there were problems with the vehicle even before we began. Irrespective while our guide did her best to keep the tour on track and the in good-humour, she seemed to get little support from the tour company. The first replacement vehicle came after more than two hours, had some dispute with the company and left. The next came an hour later and had no air conditioning, smelt of gasoline and was extremely rundown. This vehicle got us to Yerevan. The final replacement picked us up at 8:30 pm for the drive back and the driver insisted on blasting his music all the five hours back till 2 am despite repeated requests to soften the music. Yerevan was very nice, and the view of Mt. Ararat was a highlight, but overall the trip was underwhelming, compounded with the poor logistics.

We had a great day with Paata as our guide. It was great to visit the monastery followed by the lake and to see the main sights in Yerevan. We stayed in Yerevan so it was a good way to see more along the way rather than flying or taking the train.

This was more than just a transfer. It was a great way to see Armenia while still having time to explore Yerevan. You would be so lucky to have Paata as your guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He also has a great sense of humor 10 out of 10 would do this again.

Great way to see a little bit of Armenia from Tbilisi! It’s a long day, but so worth it to experience Armenian culture, food, and sites. Paata, our guide, definitely takes care of you and keeps you entertained. The two restaurants we stopped at accept credit card and the border crossings were seamless.
