I travel a lot and and I love history. In my first time in Egypt I needed tours that would allowed me to learn as much as possible in a digestible way. This is exactly what I got in this tour. Amira gave me the depth I wanted while exploring the West side of Luxor. She was able to give me enough details about the temples and tombs to make me feel knowledgeable about ancient Egypt afterlife traditions. Amira is very experienced with more than 26 years as a guide and she is able to dispense her expertise at the right amount. The tour took about seven hours, including lunch. We covered multiple temples, the valley of the kings, the valley of the queens and the city of the artisans, with a brief stop by the Colossi. The pace was comfortable and conducive to a lot of Q&A interactions. This is a tour for people who want to go beyond the highlights and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience with...
Fantastic experience with our guide Mena. He was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us around each site whilst giving us some time to explore on our own. We had lunch included which was very nice and huge portions

The best tour with Emad and Tamer!
Emad was THE best tour guide I’ve ever had. I’ve experienced quite amount of tour guides, and his explanation was so easy to understand, it was more of a story telling. He was also very knowledgeable but didn’t over explain with overwhelming information. People have different interests part of the history and he is able to adapt the information and answering the questions. Also the driver Tamer was very attentive and very kind. I really enjoyed the tour with them. thank you to Emad and Tamer!

Loved my tour
I had an absolutely fantastic experience on this tour, made truly unforgettable by my guide, Noby. From the very start, he was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights that really brought each location to life.
As a solo female traveller, I also really appreciated how safe and comfortable he made me feel throughout the day. Noby was attentive, respectful, and always mindful of my wellbeing, which allowed me to fully relax and enjoy every moment.
I couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more enjoyable day. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, especially solo travellers looking for a safe, engaging, and memorable experience

Greedy
Greedy… trying to up sell things. Just stick to what’s included in the tour—don’t ruin others’ experience.

A Day in the “Other” World with the best local guide!
We explored the West Bank of Luxor today with Mena, who was absolutely brilliant and so knowledgeable. There’s so much to see and while we really enjoyed the main sites, he also brought us to a few less travelled tombs and temples, including the most unbelievable local lunch. It was very hot but he continued to supply us with water and AC in between stops. 10/10 would recommend him if you’re in need of a local Luxor guide!

A great day visiting all important sites in West Bank
My guide Amira was great. I modified the itinerary and added a few tombs and she was very accommodating. She was knowledgeable and provided detailed information at each site. She gave plenty of time to explore and was not rushing me. The driver was also professional and punctual. So I highly recommend them.

Ok with caveats
The driver was fine. Our guide spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable about all of the sites. The only issue was when they brought us to the alabaster shop. As a private tour, I didn’t expect to be brought to the sales pitch where also the large tour bus groups where. It was very uncomfortable. I expected better with a private tour.
