We had a great time with Yansen and April, from the Bale Laut Team! They were very kind and attentive with us. We went on private tour, so we had the boat to ourselves which was awesome. The captain and the diver were also really nice. We rent a gopro and it was tottaly worth it (I recomend to rent one if you don't have any) and it was 300k IDR. The diver took amazing pictures and videos and guide us to the fish, turtles and the underwater statue. The restaurant where we had lunch was also very nice, on the beach, and they were carefull about the food as we have some restrictions/allergies. The experience was tottaly worth it and I recommend doing it! It was 10 ⭐!!

We had a lovely day snorkelling around the Gili Islands. We really appreciated the transfer from Lombok as was the only tour we could find that offered this, and was a reasonable price. The guides took amazing pictures of the turtles and sea life, and the team was kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience. We snorkelled at all three Gillis. Saw lots of turtles, which was lucky; however, the guides and boat crew tried as hard as possible to find as many turtles for us. The guide Junaidi went above and beyond! On top of our amazing snorkelling experience, we had enough time to explore all of Gilli T! Highly recommend

We had such an amazing time on our snorkeling tour in Gili! The entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Our tour guides were so friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the captain of the boat was great as well. Everyone made us feel comfortable and made sure we were having the best time throughout the tour. One of the highlights was getting to swim with and see the sea turtles up close — such an unforgettable experience! 🐢🌊 Our guides also went above and beyond by taking videos of us with my GoPro while we were snorkeling, so we were actually able to enjoy the moment instead of worrying about getting footage ourselves. They also took so many beautiful pictures for us that we’ll be able to keep forever. The whole crew truly made the experience special. They were fun, professional, and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, and I would 100% recommend this snorkeling tour to anyone visiting Gili! ❤️

A very good experience; they picked us up at the hotel, and both the guide and the driver were constantly looking after us and being super friendly. During the snorkeling, the guide who accompanied us was helping us the whole time to take videos and photos. Also, the food at the restaurant was very good. 100% recommended experience. Finally, I would add that we forgot a bag with clothes at the restaurant, and after finishing the tour, they helped us and had it delivered to our hotel. Thanks for everything!

The snorkeling tour was very well organized. At the harbor, you could rent a GoPro camera for the equivalent of 15€. On the boat, besides the captain, there was another staff member who took videos and photos underwater. He was simply fantastic - mega beautiful shots with the turtles. Our guide and our driver were also very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank you again very much. I would also like to note that I had forgotten my sunglasses in the car. Although our hotel is outside the pickup area, the organizer ensured that I got my sunglasses back. A very heartfelt thank you again 🙏

This was a great tour. It was private, so we were able to tweak the tour on the day to do more of the things we wanted and less of the things we didn't want. There were 4 staff: a driver and guide who picked us up, a boat driver, and a guide for all the snorkeling. You want to leave the last stop by 3pm or it get's pretty rough on the way back. We great day and would 100% recommend this tour!

I booked a day trip tour to the three Gilis for a company outing, and I am so very happy with their service. Our tour guide truly went above and beyond to ensure that all of my colleagues’ needs were accommodated. The Bale Laut crew was also incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently assisting us with our endless questions. What impressed me even more was that they provided snorkeling gear and life jackets for everyone, making the experience both convenient and enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, and the team made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the trip. Overall, I highly recommend Bale Laut to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free Gili Islands tour. Thank you for making our company outing such a wonderful experience!

This is one of the best trips I have ever done globally. The team (led by Junaidi) were knowledgeable, interactive and very friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us and made a day at a beautiful location even better. I cannot recommend this enough!!! Definitely worth the money and I will be back next year to do it all again!
