Very interesting visit of the Cathedral Sr André , Hubert mastered the subject and showed us to finish the remains of the church our lady of the place which although bordered I did not know. With Hubert we discover otherwise.

Contact not warm, errors in information... We were disappointed. Quite superficial. A lot of walking without anything very exciting except the beautiful districts of Bordeaux. We will not recommend it.
Bonjour, je suis désolé d'apprendre que la visite n'a pas correspondu à vos attentes. Pour la visite classique de 2h je parle de l'histoire de la ville de l'antiquité à nos jours. Mes propos historiques s'appuient sur des compétences validées par un Master d'Histoire et par l'obtention de ma carte de guide-conférencier. Je prends toujours beaucoup de plaisir à faire découvrir ma ville de naissance, je regrette de ne pas être parvenu à vous le faire ressentir. What a mess: I booked an available time slot on tripadvisor, Viator took the payment from my card - so I assumed it was confirmed. We showed up on the day - no sign of Hubert. So I dig into my trip advisor account and I find out that Hubert had "declined" the tour - despite having a time slot available and taking my money. I had zero emails from Hubert, tripadvisor or Viator saying it was cancelled. Now I will have to fight to get my money back from Viator - who have not even replied to my email from 4 days ago. Hubert this mess reflects on you as well I am sorry to say. I have booked many things through Tripadvisor before and NEVER had this happen.
I have no idea who you are since you didn't sign your message, but as you said the booking (and not the tour) was "declined" (not cancelled) so it means that you automatically received an email from Viator to inform you. Indeed, you saw it on your Tripadvisor account you said. I never got any money from you as we, providers, receive the money the next month only if the tour is completed. In case of trouble with Viator you can always ask me in a polite way I will be glad to help you.
