We enjoyed the tour. Comfortable vehicle and Pedro was a good guide. We had a lot of flexibility and can request to spend more time at certain stops. We loved our time at Fatima and wished we could have more time in Obidos. Batalha and Nazare were average for us.

The places we visited were wonderful; what a treat! Our driver made it very clear we were on a time constraint: the more time we spend at one location means less time we spend at another location. It was not a relax - enjoy yourself- experience. The driver spoke very quietly- soft spoken - and when we were in his car, we couldn’t hear the info he was providing. He could speak louder; he did when he was on his cell phone, but we couldn’t hear him. Out of the car, he was a nice guy and the info he provided was informative.
Dear Edward, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your opinion which is very important to us. We regret that you did not enjoy the tour in a relaxed manner. This tour to Fatima, Batalha, Nazare and Obidos is a tour with four stops and 8 hours duration. The tour unfolds by assigning 1 hour of visit time to each of these stops and it is the responsibility of the guide to inform the clients that if they want to make a different time management this will have to be done within the announced framework. After talking to our guide we were informed that besides the visit to the Sanctuary your wife decided to attend a mass and do some shopping in the stores. The choice that you made lead to the visit in Fatima lasting 2h30. The guide gave you another 30 minutes of his time, and the tour ended with a duration of 8h30. Regarding the projection of the guide's voice inside the car, we have a microphone that was not used because the guide thought you could hear him well since you were sitting in the seat right behind the driver. We regret that you had this difficulty in hearing what he was saying. In this situation you just had to inform the guide and he would have certainly turned on the microphone. As for being on the phone, it is our policy not to make calls when we are driving or even when we are conducting the tours at the sites. Sometimes there may be a need to take a call, whereupon the guide always asks the clients' permission to take it. Being able to speak louder had to do with the fact that the call was made through the car's audio system, so the volume you heard was due to the car's speakers. Despite these setbacks we sincerely hope that the visit was worthwhile. We strongly advise all our customers to choose our full day Fatima tour when the purpose is to go on pilgrimage to Fatima. Our Guide Pedro was fantastic. He was very nice and face special attention to my father who has some mobility conditions. He also gave full and detailed information about the sites we visited. Preventive measures regarding Covid-19 were strickly attended. I will definetely recommend. Thanks!!!

We made a visit to the Sanctuary of Fatima which was one of the most exciting and inspiring experiences of my life. We were led by Filomena Farinha in a comfortable and very safe van. We were picked up at the hotel at a specified time, and we followed the manha during a beautiful and pleasant trip we went talking about the roads and what we would see there. When we arrived during the whole time we knew important details of the Sanctuary.We visited the church and had all the emotions that this place can offer. Without a doubt I recommend this tour and want to record our thanks to Estrela dÁlva Tours for this beautiful opportunity and excellent work
