This service is very convenient when you're staying in Praha 2. The driver will pick you up at the exact location. Prior to that, the operator will call to inform on the pick up time. Don't worry you will not miss your flight.

The driver arrived on time. He was vert polite, he got us to airport on time , the car was very clean ...Everything was good.

Dishonest company. Following a trip to Prague, I book with this agency. We validate the time for 7:30 and at the last minute it changes the time for 7:00. He calls the hotel, instead of texting the information. I never got the information. I got off at 7:15 and the cab was no longer downstairs. I ask for a refund for the transfer that was not made and he refuses. To escape.

We had booked before departure the transfer to and from the airport: on arrival, everything was ok. the day before departure we called the agency who assured us that they would come, on the morning of departure we called back and they confirmed that at 15:00 they would arrive (the plane left at 17:45), but at 15:30 they still did not see each other; we tried to call back, but the agency did not answer the phone anymore... in order not to miss the flight we had to call a taxi.

To move quickly and comfortably to your hotel so you can make better use of your time. Friendly, well dressed and friendly driver. He only speaks Czech, but he understands you and makes himself understood. ́The phone caller who warns you to pick you up on the way back if you speak Spanish.

we arrived at the airport i received a text to say he was going to be 5 minutes late, the whole experience of him arriving was excellent, he was funny and full of the knowledge of the area i would use this transfers ago so much cheaper than taxi.s

The collection service from the airport to our accommodation was ok but problems arose on the return. I had to chase several times to get confirmation that we had been booked in because the phone was constantly engaged. I was then told we would be collected between 3.30 and 3.45pm. We were waiting outside our apartment from 3.20pm. By 4pm I called the office to ask where the driver was and was told he had rang the apartment bell but we had not answered. This was completely untrue because we had checked out of our apartment at 11am and were waiting on the street right outside the main door of the apartment building. We had to find a private taxi and make our own way to the airport which was very stressful. We have not even received a refund!

The pick up from the airport was excellent however the return was not as plain sailing. Where as the pick up from the hotel was on time and all seemed to be going smoothly when I got to the airport the driver asked me for money. I questioned this and was informed that the cost of the return had not been met and that I was responsible. I assured him that I had paid and refused to pay again. He contacted his office, they confirmed his version of the story. I was advised to pay and take the matter up TripAdvisor. Again I refused. After a good half hour of discussion they confirmed that I was good to go and that they would investigate further. Apart from this hiccup everything was excellent, the free walking tour of Prague was great and the guide really new his stuff.

On the one hand, it is very difficult to contact them by phone at 3 different numbers to book and on the other hand, the shuttle arrives more than 30 minutes late, overloaded with passengers without even apologizing. A tip, either you anticipate the delay of the shuttle or you run to not miss your plane!!! To avoid

While there are many ways to get to and from the Prague airport, Prague Airport Transfers appears to be among the worst. We paid in advance for round trip transfers. They refused to schedule our hotel pick-up/airport return because they LOST OUR RESERVATION even after sending a confirmation to the booking agency. Their customer service was nonexistent. We had to book a new reservation through another company (Quick Transfer - which was excellent). No water on trip from airport, as promised.
