If you are planning a trip to Sounio, look no further! Our experience at the Temple of Poseidon was absolutely magical, and a huge part of that was thanks to our driver, Stelios. Our Driver: Stelios was a true professional—incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and a fantastic, smooth driver. Throughout the ride, he shared fascinating stories and local tips, making the journey fly by. The Location: The Temple of Poseidon is breathtaking. The panoramic views of the endless Aegean Blue are unmatched; it’s a place filled with incredible energy and history. The Food: After our tour, Stelios took us to a traditional tavern nearby that was an absolute gem! We had amazing, authentic food made with fresh ingredients and genuine local flavors, completely away from the usual tourist traps. It was the perfect balance of history, relaxation, and delicious food. Stelios, thank you for everything—we can't wait for our next trip with you! Highly recommended!

I first booked Giannis for an airport transfer to my AirBnB in Athens. Knowing he'd be there to get me and my heavy luggage to the apartment was comforting since a transport strike was imminent. During the drive, he suggested a couple possible tours, including one to the Temple of Poseidon. Glad I took him up on the offer. He's was punctual, picked me up at the designated location, and provided some great information during the drive to the Temple and back. The trip was 1.5 hours one way. He patiently waited for me to peruse the site and take photos at my leisure. I'd highly recommend him and will use him again at the end of the month for a return trip to the airport.

We had an amazing road trip experience in Attica that exceeded all our expectations. The route was perfectly planned, starting with a beautiful coastal drive, followed by a relaxing stop at Lake Vouliagmeni. We then enjoyed a delicious meal in Palaia Fokaia before ending the day with a breathtaking sunset at the Temple of Poseidon. The service itself was excellent, offering a smooth, comfortable, and well-paced experience that allowed us to fully enjoy each stop without any stress. This tour was very well worth the drive. The drive is about 45 minutes - 1 hour from the center of Athens but the view on the way is wonderful. Dimitrois filled us in on things along the way. We stopped to eat at a local place - KYMA. Very good food with a view of the water. The Temple is a short walk from the parking lot and lots of areas to stand or sit to watch the sunset and take photos.

We couldn't have picked a more accommodating person to drive us to the beautiful coastline of Athens. We also went to dinner at Kyma. Dimitrius ordered a variety of delicious foods. We had the best time. Then we went to see the sunset at Lavriotiki. It was gorgeous!! Dimitrios picked us up at the main building so we didn't have to walk so far. I would definitely recommend Dimitrius Nitsolas!!

Dimitris was amazing! Picked us up at the airport as planned and not only got us to where we were staying but was fun and offered suggestions along the way. Because he was so excellent we ended up taking a private ride to Poseidon’s Temple a couple evenings later. On our return back to Athens at the end of the trip he picked us up at the airport again, took us to our stay and took us to a highly recommended restaurant. He far exceeded our family’s expectations and made our travel much easier and more enjoyable in his Mercedes van.

Stelios’s tour of the southern coast of Athens to the Temple of Poseidon was awesome. We had a bonus lunch with Stelios at a great restaurant on the way back to Athens city center. We also had Stelios’s service to go to the cruise terminal and to and from the airport. He was very professional and really enjoys what he does. I would recommend him to anyone traveling to the Athens area.

My husband and I loved this experience! We did not rent a car while staying in Atnens so this was a great way to see the coast and the Temple of Poseidon. Our guide, Stelios, was so kind and told us a lot about the area. We also stopped for a seafood dinner that was incredible. The Temple of Poseidon is definitely a must see. The sunset and views are incredible at this archeological site! I highly recommend this tour!
