Kaori kept in touch with us with details of the upcoming tour, and greeted us at the meeting point. We were in typhoon weather, but she still managed to get through everything planned and keep us positive. Kaori had alot of knowlege of the area and took us to places we wouldn't have known about if she was not there. We enjoyed going to the animal cafe and having the experience of amother cafe where the artist recreated photos of our cats in the frothy milk on top. We got some shopping done and souvenirs and visited a photo booth for some funny photos of the family. Kaori was taking lots of photos with her camera, and ours when we requested, and she later sent them all to us in a google album. This was fantastic as we got to be more in the moment of the experience and still get sentimental photos. Thank you Kaori! Highly recommended A+

Kaori was our guide and she was so lovely and patient as she looked in stores and immersed ourselves in the harajuku culture for our 7-year old daughter’s birthday. Kaori found a special kimono shop and we had a quiet and special moment of birthday kimono shopping before going back to the busy Harajuku streets. She had interesting insights and took pictures to capture the experience. We loved Kaori - thank you again for an unforgettable experience!!

Charlotte was a great guide. She provided a very clear meeting point and showed us lots of places that we likely wouldn't have discovered on our own. She offered umbrellas and shade as it was very hot in August. Thanks for all the tips!

We had the most fantastic start to our Japan trip with our wonderful tour guide, Rie. She guided us through our first day in Tokyo and made everything feel easy, exciting and stress-free. We explored Harajuku, wandered the main shopping street, saw some very cool vending machines, visited a lolly shop, stopped by the Hello Kitty shop, and even went to a pet café where we fed the cutest hedgehogs and guinea pigs. We also got the biggest rainbow fairy floss, which was such a fun highlight. Rie then helped us make our way to Shibuya Crossing, which was amazing to see in real life, before taking us up to Shibuya Sky for the most incredible views over Tokyo. We finished the night with teppanyaki, which was the perfect end to a very full and fun first day. Rie was friendly, organised and so helpful. She made our first day in Japan so memorable, and we would highly recommend asking for her if you are booking a Tokyo tour.

Our person guide, Miyuki. was completely wonderful!! She would be wonderful for any age of groups. She is very sweet & knowledgeable in all that we did.

Kaori was our guide for the Harajuku Tour and she was amazing. She communicated clearly before the tour and arranged an easy meeting spot. She was so pleasant and ensured that each family member was able to do what made them happy, from trying great foods, to specific shopping stores to the amazing cafes. She took pictures the whole time and shared so much knowledge with us. Walking around Harajuku is fun by yourself, but even better with Kaori!

It was just me on the tour so I got to dictate most of the day; we visited an animal cafe and got drinks and it was like being out with a friend! The neighborhood is so much more than the one street that can be quite crowded, so save your energy for some of the lesser-known areas (including all those vintage shops) and just take in the location!

A delightful afternoon in the quirky and often quite busy (and trendy) part of Tokyo -- Harajuku! It was just me on the tour so our wonderful guide was very flexible about what I wanted to do, which made the whole day that much more fun. Knowledgeable about the area, friendly, and excited to share her city, my guide made the afternoon so much fun.
