The bus drive, captain of the boat and the crew were exceptionally nice to travel with. They tried to meet all of your needs. They planned a nice lunch and snack and fun activities. The views from the boat were beautiful. It was a nice relating day

Duc our host was amazing and even took fantastic photos of us as you can see. The activities like cave exploring and the row boat were also highlights. Also the food was super tasty and lots of it. It was great to have the best of outdoors and air conditioning when we needed it. I highly recommend La Casta if you are reading this just book it you will be glad you did.

We had a great time on this luxury day tour from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. Duk, the tour director, was personable, friendly, and informative. He had a quick sense of humor and was able to make each guest feel individually welcomed on the tour. The tour staff were also attentive. The food was good. We loved the trip to scenic Ha Long Bay, found the caves interesting and found the Ha Long Bay hike steep but worthwhile. We particularly enjoyed the speedboat ride. Duk's picture taking skills were excellent and we now have some great photo memories of our trip. We were seated with another couple from the United States and made new friends. Our driver, Long, was terrific and expertly navigated the Hanoi traffic to and from Ha Long Bay with friendliness and care. It was a fun day. Highly recommend.

The ship was beautiful. The staff was attentive and kind. Our guide duc was knowledgeable and caring and took great photographs for us . The expedition s to the caves , motor boat and beach for swimming were amazing. It was a well spent day ❤️

This experience was absolutely incredible! Our tour guide Duck was really friendly and engaging. I’ve always wanted to see Ha Long Bay and couldn’t have asked for a better way to see it. The boat was heaps of fun and we loved playing music on the top deck as we departed the area. This has been a highlight of our trip and it’s up there as one of my most favourite travel experiences to date

The cruise was fabulous. The crew, the food, and the boat are fantastic. An air-conditioned restaurant is a must-have when you come back from a hot street. No need to visit the attractions if you are tired, you can stay on board. The timing in all destinations was just perfect, not overcrowded. Thank you for such a great experience. ❤️

The boat is very nice, the food was good and more importantly the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely faultless and fantastic experience. We booked only one day before during the lunar new year and didn’t expect the cruise to go ahead. Luong, Jacky and Tom on the cruise were incredibly hospitality staff and a true testament to Vietnamese kindness and warmth. The buffet selection was great, cocktails made with fresh fruit and boat facilities very clean. Highly recommend, even for the higher price.

The guide was good, talked English and had a lot of humor. The cave was amazing. The buffet was super organized, enough and different food. We had the best weather, so we saw a nice sun set when we were almost in the harbour. The boat was clean!
