Awesome transportation to cruise hotel
Our airport-to-cruise hotel transportation experience was outstanding from start to finish. The drive, Carlos, arrived on time, greeted us professionally, and handled our luggage with care. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making the ride relaxing and stress-free.
Communication before pickup was excellent, with clear instructions and timely updates.
The entire process was seamless, efficient, and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this transportation service to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and exceptional service. We will definitely use them again for future cruises!

Super smooth process!
Such a smooth process - good communication before our trip and once we landed the driver had already texted and we had no issues finding our driver after we had our luggage. Peaceful drive to our hotel. Highly recommend!

Would you like me to adjust the tone (more casual or formal) or personalize it with their name if you have it?

Never even made contact....
Never even made contact. Still would have been waiting for the ride. Didn’t even call or reach out. Never provided a number to call. Tried to reach out on the app, but no response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience.
It’s important to clarify that your reservation was made through a third-party provider :
(TripAdvisor), and unfortunately, we were not provided with your direct contact details or any specific trip information from their system. This sometimes limits our ability to confirm or communicate directly with guests ahead of time.

Nice drivers, pricey transportation.
The drivers were nice. Communication on the return trip to the airport was not very good. I had to tell them twice they were not to pick me up at 6. That was the time my flight was.

Great Dependable Service in Style
I used this service for three occasions during our trip in August. The first was to take us from the airport to the hotel. My flight was delayed getting in they were in constant contact and I felt in great hands to start my trip. Then then transported us 3 days later to Port Canaveral to get on our cruise. There was a traffic jam but they were great about updating me in the delay. Then they picked us up from the cruise 5 days later. They were there early and patiently waited for us to get off the ship. Highly recommend and will use them again.
