Overall, it was a good trip. The only downside was that the vehicle was advertised as air-conditioned, but the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. It was blowing warm air, which made the journey quite uncomfortable in 37°C heat. The chauffeur did try to fix it, but unfortunately it didn’t improve. That said, our chauffeur was excellent. He was friendly, informative, and shared lots of interesting information about the Berber villages and the surrounding area. Most importantly, he drove safely and got us to and from our destination without any issues. If the air conditioning had been working as advertised, the experience would have been much better. Aside from that, the chauffeur did a great job, and I appreciate his professionalism.

Our driver throughout our 2 week trip was Brahim. He was professional, kind, and an excellent driver. We felt lucky to have met his beautiful family while in the Atlas mountains which made the trip even more special.
