We took a one-day trip to Santorini, and while the island is undeniably beautiful, the experience was quite disappointing. Santorini was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the famous views or even walk comfortably through the streets. It was also noticeably hotter than other parts of Greece we visited, which made sightseeing even more exhausting. Unfortunately, our schedule was changed, and instead of having around two hours to explore Fira, our free time was reduced to less than one hour. During that short period, we also had to find a place to eat, leaving almost no time to actually enjoy the town or take in the stunning scenery. Santorini is a breathtaking destination, but a one-day excursion feels too rushed, especially during the busy summer season. If possible, I would recommend staying at least one or two nights to experience the island at a more relaxed pace.

We had a fantastic day! Provided a great overview of the island, hitting all the must-see sights. The archeological site was definitely a highlight for my family.

Check with Viator what time you need to be at the Pick up Point as whilst ticket stated 10:30 that was the leaving time in Fira and not Kamari where our pick up point was! They picked up outside the Erokitos bakery at 10am so we missed it. We called them and they moved it to the next day. The trip itself was very good and Cristina our guide and Nikons our driver were very knowledgeable and nice people.

Great day trip to get a flavour of Santorini. 10-12 hours given sunset in Oia but worth it. The views are stunning.

Yamis and the driver were brilliant. The experience brilliant. Value for money brilliant. I would hight recommend this tour to anyone.

I highly recommend this tour- it had a little of everything. Just make sure to wear comfortable clothes and especially comfortable shoes! A lot of walking and steps though. The Oia sunset was worth the wait!

Great value for money, plenty of time spent in each location with information provided by our lovely guide Christine. The only ‘people’ delay we experienced was after the archaeological guided tour - this took an hour and left only 5-10 mins for some to grab a snack and toilet break. The coach driver, Charlie?, was prompt on pick ups, we weren’t left standing in the sun. The only thing I wish o had know was one of the stops for lunch would have allowed for a dip in the sea, had we known we would have brought swimming stuff as there was time to dry off. Overall an excellent day out

Worst company, do not trust them. They change your booking last minute and don't even answer you. You will loose your money because there is no reimbursement. Rude, worst of the worst. They will ruin your vacation. No los contraten. No.confien en ellos. Son lo peor de lo peor, te csncelan servicio, te mueven horarios, te dejan esperando. Un desastre. No los contraten. Arruinaran tus vacaciones

Bad experience, I do not recommend the local operator NST Santorini, does not respect the customer and does not maintain contact, and especially TRIPADVISOR that sells the service and also did not assume anything. I requested cancellation before 24 hours of the tour (video photos of contacts), for health reasons and until today no return and refund. I have already forwarded several emails and contacted you on TRIPADVISOR without any feedback on the refund. I'll judoctify. Get away from this operator and TRIPADVISOR!!!
