We opted for the sunrise tour and it was beautiful. Mujeeb took some great pictures; he knows just the right settings for the iPhone to catch the right shot. Dune bashing was fantastic! We met some animal friends along the way too. This is a fun tour, one that you can’t miss!

So worth it to wake up before 5 am to see the sun rise over the desert. Our guide Mujeeb took care of us well and took wonderful pictures
Picked up at 5:15 am and traveled for about an hour to see the beautiful sunrise! Our guide Mujeeb took amazing photos of us!
Salem was our tour guide and he was excellent! He showed up promptly when he was scheduled, he was very friendly and did an amazing job taking our photos. The SUV was very nice as well. I would recommend him and the company for anyone interested I doing a desert safari.
We had an amazing tour to the Al Mudam Desert for a stunning sunrise viewing, some sand dune bashing, camel ride and so many laughs!!! Saleem was a perfect guide, arrived on time , kept us updated on what we could expect and took fantastic pictures for us to capture this once in a lifetime experience!

The tour was excellent starting with a beautiful sunrise following with exciting activities of sand boarding, sand bashing, and camel ride Our driver Saleem was an awesome driver in the desert who is very friendly and helpful taking a lot of photos for us Thank you!

The 4x4 sand dune driving was a lot of fun and listening the kids giggling in the back was the best part. It was a little awkward having to sit with others in the car but luckily they were nice people. We opted out of the buggy driving with young kids so we did the camel riding. We were on the camels for a max of 10mins and then we had to wait for about 30mins while other groups were on the bikes. The kids were bored so we bought them an ice cream which was an absolute rip off at about $25 Aus. This price was not communicated to us properly. The market shop at the stop off was very over priced and everyone was ‘convinced’ to buy head scarves. Most participants did the sand boarding on a snow board. We opted out as it looked very dangerous. The hill was very steep and bumpy. Everyone was falling off and hitting the sand very hard. One man ended up badly hiring his shoulder and had to go to hospital with a possible fracture. Another fainted and had a concussion. We have done this sort of activity before on toboggan type sleds which seemed much safer.

In our precautionary message, we did include the option to upgrade to a private vehicle for guests who prefer not to share. We’re truly sorry if this option wasn’t clear enough at the time of booking — your comfort is very important to us, and we will make sure this is communicated even more clearly in the future. ▪️ Ice Cream Cost & Vendors We’re also sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the cost of refreshments at the stopover. As noted in our precautionary message, we always advise our guests to either ask for our guide’s support when dealing with independent vendors or to negotiate directly. Since these shops are third-party businesses in popular tourist spots, their prices can be higher than usual and unfortunately are not within our direct control. We completely understand how frustrating that can be and will continue working with our team to help guests navigate these interactions more comfortably. ▪️Sandboarding Safety & Incident We truly regret that you witnessed an injury during the sandboarding activity. Please know that guest safety is always our top priority. The guest who was injured had been enjoying the sandboarding multiple times before the accident occurred. Once it happened, our entire team did everything possible to support him. We genuinely care for the wellbeing of every guest, and we’re proud of our team for stepping up with dedicated, compassionate support during such an unexpected situation. Once again, Penny, thank you for highlighting these points — it helps us grow and serve future guests better.
