Larger group than...
Larger group than anticipated with one person constantly being heard in the operators headset which was bothersome.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your feedback. Please note that a group of 21 participants is considered a small group by international tour standards. For comparison, you are welcome to book with your cruise line and enjoy sharing the experience with 50+ fellow cruisers on a full-size coach.
As for the headsets, we use them for the comfort of our guests. I’m not sure you realized that the one person you were hearing was actually your certified guide, and fortunately, your complaint regarding this was the only one received from the entire group.
Well, tastes differ. Safe travels!

Casual Exploration with Good Structure
It’s not a high-energy or packed tour, but that’s what we liked. It gave us a framework while still allowing freedom. We spent time shopping, grabbing drinks, and just enjoying the seaside vibe.

Smooth and Efficient Short Excursion
I had limited time due to work commitments, and this excursion fit perfectly into my schedule. It was efficient without feeling rushed. The organization was solid, and I appreciated the clear timing. A practical option for travelers on tighter timelines.

Simple and Well-Organized
As a solo traveler, I appreciated how straightforward everything was. The guide, Dimitra, kept things clear and organized. The free time allowed me to explore at my own pace. Not overly elaborate, but definitely worthwhile.

Great Flexibility for Families
We traveled with two young children, and this tour suited us well. Our guide, Anna, was patient and clear with instructions. The flexible schedule meant we could take breaks when needed. Katakolo is very family-friendly, and this tour allowed us to enjoy it comfortably.
