We considered taking public transportation ourselves, but with a cruise schedule we decided it wasn't worth the uncertainty. I'm glad we chose this option. The pickup at the port was uncomplicated and the ride to Seville was comfortable. Our guide had a good balance between showing us the important places and letting us enjoy the city ourselves. We weren't rushed from one attraction to another. The free time in the center gave our group a chance to split up for a little while and meet back later. Everything seemed to run according to the planned schedule, and we arrived back at the ship comfortably before departure. For a group of friends, it was an easy way to experience Seville during a port day.

This does not describe the trip properly. It sounds as if you get on and off a bus at each place. There is nothing said about walking for two and a half hours, so when I hurt my leg, I did not cancel. When we got to Seville, we learned that we had to walk for miles, so my husband and I left the tour. We were then refused a refund. You should advertise the tour with the amount of walking involved.

My husband and I really enjoyed our day in Seville. We were a little nervous about doing such a long excursion from the cruise port because we didn't want to risk missing the ship, but everything was handled very smoothly. The vehicle was comfortable and cool, and our driver was professional. Our English-speaking guide was personable and gave us interesting background about the city while showing us around. We also had enough free time to explore on our own, which was important to us as a couple. We walked through the central streets, stopped for lunch, and enjoyed the atmosphere without feeling rushed. The return was on time and we got back to the port comfortably before departure. A very nice cruise day overall.

They should call it the 5 mile walk rather that a beautiful Seville family experience . First of all the tour guide walks away telling us about Seville without looking who was following behind. Two elderly people were behind not being able to walk . We thought this tour was hop on and hop off. All he said to this couple was to get their phone out and kind to figure it out. Not helpful at all. Then we walked so long trying to keep up and the breaks were short. We didn’t even have time to eat. We had little kids with short legs to be running. It was like in a lecture classroom. Was going so quickly that I told him he was too quick and wanted to know what was the name of one of the buildings and he said that he was going to tell us in a bit when we would go back to that area. We never went back that way. It is so sad that we requested for half of the money to be refunded because we understand we went but it was a terrible tour and we were denied the refund. I do not recommend this tour. .

The website description is deceptive. The transportation is NOT provided between the sights. It is a long WALKING tour. For non Spanish speaking travelers, our guide was very hard to understand. I didn’t get any information about any of the sights. A very disappointing tour. A waste of precious time.

What can I say about this Tour? What a horrible experience I thought this Tour was that you were in a bus going on and off and discovering different places how I known that I was gonna be walking for 3 1/2 hours thank God my husband didn’t make it because he had just recently gotten back surgery and I cannot do this while I’m asthmatic. It was hot. The Tour guy just kept on talking and talking and talking and did not pay attention that the people that he was with were tired and we were not even together. We were falling so far and I cannot do this while I’m asthmatic. It was hot. We have to be calling other people to find out where what did you make a left turn do you make a right turn because it just kept going I would like a full refund of my money because to me this was not worth it. This was just walking if I would’ve known that I was just taking a vehicle to get here to Seville and walk for two hours. I just would’ve walked and taken an Uber here, but I thought this was a tour of getting on getting more going to different types, but this was just walking for 2 1/2 hours

This was the perfect tour of Seville. Starting with the van transport. It was a very clean, comfortable and modern van with air conditioning! It met us right at the port which was very convenient. The ride was very comfortable. Our tour guide Sergio was amazing. Took us to all of the important sites and was full of historical facts and fun pop culture trivia. They were flexible as far as how long we wanted our free time to be. Then the bus got us back to the ship exactly when we requested to be back.

We joined as a family with two young children and had a really smooth experience. The guide was friendly and made everything easy to follow. Nothing felt rushed and we were able to enjoy each stop at our own pace. A comfortable day out overall.
