Poor value for money. Ticket operators unclear and non communicative. Told to embark no later than 6pm but boat didn’t turn up until 6.20pm and we had to wait without any instructions for 10 minutes. Tiber lacks anything to really see and appears dirty. No activity on water - ok if you want to go on river for 1 hour listening to pop music - but would not recommend for $58 for a couple - really a hop on hop off taxi service.

It was a wonderfully quiet boat trip. But you see relatively little through the high quays and if you don't bring headphones for the audio tour, there is also no decent explanation. So if you are going to see something, take a tour ride with an audio tour on the bus. If you want to get a taste of all the impressions that Rome gives, it is a good option.

I would love to be able to tell you about my experience but unfortunately I can’t. The brochure does mention there are stairs to reach the departure point but it doesn’t explain that to a person who uses a walker they are not navigable. I did say that I use a walker when I booked but there was no response to my comment. So I was a non-starter. I feel it’s important to say I did a cruise of the Seine a few days ago entirely successfully and there were stairs to that one too, but I managed them.

Uneventful, boring and a waste of money

It was very basic and a challenge to get the audio. We got off half way thru and explored on our own.

It was boring, no atmosphere or anything from workers didn’t explain what anything was either. could be more interactive.

I am very cautious about posting a poor review, but this was the worst river cruise I have ever done. Zero interaction with the crew apart from taking our money, a river with no appeal and to top top it off a half Hour stop while the captain had lunch!! Avoid

Absolutely great trip well worth the ticket price. Most enjoyable relaxing time would recommend it highly.

While not a costly trip, not worth the money. There is no one to interact with, there was nothing of note to see on the tour except stone walls, top half of buildings, ships abandoned and graffiti. Save your money.

Make sure to download the app before going to hear of the history. Also plan your day around the stops. If you do the full day you can get a transfer and hop on and off to get around the areas.
