Kalum has been a great safari tour guide. He has the eagle eye to spot animals on the way, the knowledge to give interesting insights, the decency to respect the elephants he knows how to find and he always goes for the extra mile rather it’s to show an amazing sunset or help getting transports all around the island. He’s a reliable and lovely guide we enjoyed spending time with and we highly recommend his services.

We had an excellent short safari to Minneriya National Park with Kalum Jeep Safaris and our driver/spotter Jeewan. They recommend we start the safari at 1pm and this way we avoided the tourist crowds all coming in at 3pm. We saw so many elephants and had them all to ourselves! Jeewan and Kalum Jeep Safaris were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of the elephants which made the tour. The tour was excellent value and the fruit break at the end of the tour was a great bonus - would highly recommend Kalum and his team.
