Worst experience
Tour started at 5pm and I arrived at 4:55pm. Guide was not at the gate. Tried to have gate agent access Viator site for the tickets and the site was down. Agent had my phone and was unable to contact tour guide. They declined refunding me and lost money for this experience. Poor customer service on the tour company.

Our operations team and guide tried to contact and locate you for approximately 35 minutes, but you were seeking assistance from the attraction staff and did not have your phone. The guide waited for 30 minutes before recording the absence. Our team remains available through the ongoing chat and email support.

Beautiful visit to Rio de Janeiro!
We spent four days together with Newton, who introduced us to every aspect of Rio! He was kind, thoughtful, professional, but also always very interesting! You made the experience of visiting the city very pleasant and simple. We recommend all of his tours!

Worth it, the queues would be very long
Excellent. Guide was great. Would have hated to queue! The queues were very long but we skipped th queues. Worth a visit

Breathtaking views
So glad we booked a guide and fast track. Our guide was brilliant, very knowledgeable and just a lovely young lady. Loved the cablecar experience would definitely recommend. The views are just stunning.

Excellent walk. We were guided by wonderful professionals: Paula Feitosa and De Souza!!
Partners, concerned about the family and cultural history of the city and tourist attractions. We earned tribute for 25 years of marriage and daughter's 15th birthday. Ah!! ***** good people! We love!!!

Recommended excursion to know rio de janeiro
