It was a tricky day in Sorrento to get to Pompeii for our visit after thunderstorms and flash floods the night before. However, Enjoy Pompeii could not have been more accomodating, switching from a driver to train, paying for our tickets and refreshments - just superb. Communication was second to none. Our driver was amazing and updated up with traffic continually.Thank you! Our original time of an 11am tour eventually became 3pm but could not have worked out better in the end. Less people, more time to view the beauty of Pompeii. Our tour guide Angelo was amazing. So knowledgeable not just about Pompeii but Mount Vesuvius also. He was amazing. So attentive to everyone in the group, constantly asking if we had questions and answering them! We are now all “Angelos Friends!” To have a guide who has so much knowledge as the best. Grazie Angelo!

The tour was great. Frankie was a great guide. Very knowledgable and kept it interesting. So much history to cover in a couple hours. Definitely would go back.

Our guide Frankie was excellent. Shared so may interesting facts and stimulated our imaginations along the way- imagining life in Pompei 2000 years ago. He was humorous engaging and informative. Great guide!! There was a disconnect between Viator and the tour provider in meeting point location due to our residence not being accessible. It worked out but was not well handled by Viator or the provider. Nevertheless, we figured it out and had a great experience- largely due to Frankie!!

Our tour guide was Frankie. He was a hoot as he kept saying "follow Frankie" in a sing-song manner every time we started walking. Pompeii was great. It was amazing how big the site was and how preserved the buildings were. We spent about 2 hours seeing stuff. Just a note: it was hot and there is a good amount of walking.

Amazing tour and our guide, Frankie, was fantastic. His knowledge and humor made the tour that more enjoyable. “Follow Frankie” is something I would recommend.
