Not suitable for competitive skaters
The sessions are open to up to 350 skaters, the app showed there were less than 10 persons booked, when we arrived there were maybe 80 people on the ice. We upgraded to the risport figure skates for an extra £10. There were no patch skating sessions available for experienced skaters.
事業者からの返答
Dear 461neilj,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We are sorry to learn that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the crowd levels on the ice and the discrepancy between the availability shown on the app and the number of skaters present during your session.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the lack of dedicated patch skating sessions for more experienced or competitive skaters. Dubai Ice Rink primarily caters to a wide range of recreational skaters, and we understand that this may not provide the ideal environment for those seeking advanced figure skating practice.
Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with the relevant team for review as we continuously strive to improve the guest experience.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.
Kind regards,
