Overhyped & overpriced, and poor service

Snacks are not freshly baked and not tasty at all. The tea is just a small pot - not enough. Only the coffee is okay. Service is slow & poor. This is definitely overpriced. Not recommended!

What an experience!

Everything is perfect. The golden cappuccino was delicious. The waiter was very welcoming and helpful....like his colleague. Exclusive experience, but to do at least once in a lifetime.

Fresh food. Good experience

Good experience. The food was really fresh and good. I should have arrived earlier to see more of the palace.

Disappointed

The hotel had not received the booking from Tripadvisor, kept us waiting for 30mins , unable to find booking or reference number . The cake was 90% cream , no substance to it . . It was a waste of money , felt as though we were sitting in a Mall . Very disappointing. Would not recommend this experience to any one .

Dinner was good, but pricey.

The International buffet was good, but at $110/person, pretty expensive. No one offered if we wanted to purchase a glass of wine. We did get the cappuccino with the gold leafs. That was cool! I would recommend you do the cheaper option and just get the cappuccino. The inside of the palace is very lovely!

100% ok.

in own initiative to the hotel, there at the reception Le Café had been received, voucher shown, a beautiful table assigned and then very nicely served. All around very great impression, so nothing to complain about.

Not exceptional experience at exceptional price!

Unfortunately, the cappuccino is not worth the money. You sit in a café in the middle of the Emirates Palace and hordes of noisy groups of visitors pass by. Feeling we were on min. 100 photos, because everyone takes pictures. We would have imagined it to be a bit more "elitist" for the price. If it cost half, it would be okay. The café/cocoa and the cake were also average in taste at most. That's better. Not necessarily recommended!
