本物の力士を間近で見たいなら、これが一番近い体験です！ 土俵のすぐ横で力士の朝稽古を見て、緊張感と真剣な雰囲気を感じましょう。力士同士がぶつかる音、息づかい、彼らがまとう香水の香りは、動画では決して感じられないものです。 駅で知識豊富なツアーガイドと待ち合わせ、部屋まで歩きます（徒歩10分）。ガイドが相撲について、その歴史、ルール、規則を説明してから部屋に入り、一緒に相撲を見ます。元々は神道を楽しませるために始まった宗教儀式であると同時に、ユニークな伝統スポーツを目にすることができます。 運が良ければ、部屋の外で稽古後に力士と一緒に写真を撮ることができます！

相撲部屋に行く前にガイドと会いましょう。 神道という宗教から発祥したこの日本語独自のスポーツについて、素晴らしい洞察を得る準備をしましょう。 ガイドから、相撲の起源が少なくとも1500年前にさかのぼり、神事や神道の伝統を守りながら、日本有数の有観客スポーツであることを学ぶことができます。 相撲部屋で土俵につく前に、毎年15 - 3日間行われる6つの大相撲について学んでください。 うち3店舗は東京、1店舗は大阪、名古屋、福岡です。
力士たちが日々の稽古をこなす様子を静かに、そして敬意を持って見守ってください。力士たちが厳しい稽古をこなす姿にきっと感銘を受け、この古代の技に対する新たな洞察が得られることでしょう。 稽古の終わりには、ガイドが駅までお連れし、そこでお別れとなります。

- 飲食は禁止です（**東京の夏は暑いため、ツアー中はエアコンがありませんのでご注意ください。）非常に暑いため、夏の間は厩舎内で水やスポーツドリンクを飲むことができます。また、保冷剤や冷たいタオルなどをご持参いただくことをお勧めします。**）
- サングラスと帽子は厩舎内では許可されていません
- 一度退場した相撲部屋には再入場できない。
- 静かに敬意を持って練習を見守ってください
- リング上や砂地エリアには降りないでください。プロレスラーにとってリングは聖地。
- リングに向かって足を伸ばさないでください。力士に足の裏を見せるのは失礼だと考えられている。
- 稽古中は力士に写真撮影をお願いすることはできません。
- 稽古の途中で相撲部屋から離れることは極力避け、最後まで相撲部屋に残って稽古を見守るよう努めてください。
- 力士の集中力を妨げないよう十分ご注意ください。

Amazing experience! This felt authentic, the tour guides were efficient, friendly and the commentary was useful and interesting. If you are not able to see a match, this must be the second best thing. Highly recommend!
Amazing experience, exactly what I was looking for, as a Martial Artist I wanted to see real practice not a show and is exactly that, real practice, real professional Sumo, practicing for the upcoming tournament, my guide Okunga San was incredible, super knowledgeable about everything and extremely kind, perfect English overall superb experience will keep on the look out for any other tours he has recommended 100%
we learned so much about Sumo! would highly recommend this to anyone even if you only have a passing interest in Sumo. our guide was fantastic

This was a great experience. We learnt so much about the sport and life style of the wrestlers. It Was amazing watching them train.
Very exciting to watch a practice. Non-stop action. Commentary from guide was extremely interesting and specific to the sumo practice venue. Highly recommend.
Our family really enjoyed this sumo experience. You are right up close to the sumo ring as they practice. It was so interesting to see how they train and interact with their teachers. Afterwards there was a short photo op with a couple of the sumos. This was definitely worth the time and money!
Absolutely awful experience. The address for the tour was wrong. I spent an hour on the phone trying to resolve this but I got no help other than an email from the tour operator that didn’t make sense. Spoke limited to no English on the phone. Viator would not issue me a refund.

Great experience of a traditional training session for Sumo wrestlers. Our guide Noriko was lovely and very knowledgeable. Must do if you like Sumo.
