Guide went Above and Beyond, exceeding our expectations!
This was a very in depth tour of the castle and the areas around it. Mark our tour guide was amazing at the history he knew and shared. He was able to tie together everything we were seeing to its proper place in history. Additional Mark was just very enjoyable to spend the afternoon with, much like hanging our with a very knowledgeable friend! After the tour Mark asked us where we were going next and not only took us the the subway but rode to ur stop and got off with us to be sure we knew how to get to our hotel. Mark exceeded our expectations with the tour and helping us get to where we were going on the subway was unbelievable. If I had more stars to give him I would.
