Our Sept 23 tour given by Roshana was very well done. She provided great communication and information about the plan and the site. Viator should have told us to plan to buy train ticket in advance though.

The meeting point was 200 meters from a metro station (where everyone got off), and then we had to walk all the way back because we were not picked up by a tour bus. The guide did her best to keep everyone satisfied, gave a lot of explanation. Not suitable for people with poor balance!

The guide was very efficient, knowledgeable and this excursion matched all my expectations.
