A wonderful tour. We learned so much about the history of Venice, and Venice as it is today. Our tour guide Rosella was knowledgeable, and passionate. Would recommend.

Valentina was very knowledgeable and spoke clear English at a good pace that was easy to follow.

Our guide was Valentina, incredible with her explanations and she made us want to know much more about the city and want to book more tours.

Tour mostly focused on Piazza San Marco. I was hoping to see more of the island. The ear pieces were terrible and did not stay on your ear. Our tour guide was very nice but didn’t really give any interesting or fun stories. Overall very average. Perhaps another guide might have provided a better experience??

Good tour, but it could be better

Did not cover stops advertised (Rialto bridge, Marco Polo’s house, the Yard of Venice Gallery to see a gondola up close, or “stepping inside a Venetian palace”). Guide Alessandro was not good, his English was a bit hard to understand and he rambled about astrology. We were disappointed we didn’t learn more about Venice’s rich history.

Valentina Petrelli was a lovely guide. She was born and raised in Venice, went to school here and has continued to live on the island, so her love and knowledge of Venice really came through during the two-hour tour. Stopping for a Spritz at the end was a lovely way to finish the tour. At €27, it was definitely worth it!
