Fantastic service all around and one of the best experiences up to date.

If you're alone, it is a good deal because you can make a gondole turn for half the Price it would have cost you. But since the time, you're two or more, best deal to directly take a gondole tour directly in the street of Venise. Maybe the tour was closer from 20 minutes than the promised 30 minutes.

Short gondola ride through the canals, which was interesting, but the gondolier provides no information and you have to download an app to understand what you’re seeing and personally found that distracting. Felt like a real world version of Disney’s it’s a small world ride, would probably opt out of it again, but if you’ve never been on a condo and the canals, you might want to check it out.

The gondolier was cold, which is a shame. Otherwise, it was nice to do after a day of walking. Friendly welcome

The Viator lady’s at the office were very helpful, but the Gondolier was very rude and made the experience unpleasant. Because if this would not do this tour again.

I got this experience for my granddaughter. My husband and I took her to Italy. I booked this experience for the 3 of us. It was $50 each. Imagine my surprise that we had to share the ride with a couple. They got the big seat and we sat facing each other knees touching. Sat so close that pictures were impossible. We felt cheated.

I felt that we did not get what we thought we were to get. Once arriving at the meeting place staff were polite. Then off to the gondola, we did not have to wait long to board. Our guide never said a word to us, spoke plenty to the guides in the other boats. There was never a hello, thank you for choosing us, nothing. There was nothing to indicate that we were passing a point of interest or an interesting story. I personally was very disappointed. I would not recommend if you are looking for an informative tour.

We had a lovely ride with Alberto. He was friendly and polite. And shared he’s been a gondolier for 46 years! It was a relaxing ride thru canals enjoying the sights of Venice.

The whole experience was one of just commercial in and out move people thru like cattle. Purchased these tickets because was not sure in coming to Venice if we were going to just walk up and get a Gondola ride on the spot. Our lodging was not that close to Piazza San Marco so had a long walk. All is very busy in Venice of course, but this operation was just very commercial and not very personal. In retrospect, we could have just grabbed a Gondola ride near our lodging, on the spot, without having to go all the way to Piazza San Marco. I would suggest to anyone who stays in parts of Venice that are not too busy to do this instead of booking with a commercial operation.
