サグラダ・ファミリア＆グエル公園ガイドツアー（スキップ・ザ・ライン付き）

The group were English speakers with 1 Spanish speaker. The guide spoke more in Spanish to the one Spanish speaker than to the 20 plus English speakers. Not what we signed up for. We have done La Sagrada several times and this was the worst guide we have had. Also I am a travel professional and I know the other choices.

Don't do it. These English Spanish tour was more Spanish than English and the guide didn't wait for the entire group before he started discussing what we were seeing. We were so looking forward to see the church and the park and the whole thing was a disappointment

The park and cathedral were amazing. Tour guide was ok. The tour company’s information is misleading. The itinerary said the park was first and then the church with the tour starting at 3:00pm we expected to be at the church at golden hour for a peak color experience. They started at the church. Then it was a significant walk to gat on a ONE WAY bus to Park Guell. You have to find your own way back at additional expense. It is also a very steep walk to the nearest main road to catch a taxi. I would not recommend this tour company.

The tour was done in both English and Spanish, so we either got 1/2 the information we should have or it took double the time for the amount of information received. David was an informed guide and pleasant enough, but something happened with the bus that was supposed to pick us up from Sagrada Família. He didn’t tell us why, but after waiting 15 minutes in the 90-degree heat, he told us we had to walk 10-15 minutes to meet the bus. Again, in the 90-degree heat. On arrival to Park Guell, he informed us that the office did not give him the radio transmitters that we needed for that part of the tour, so if you weren’t right next to him or stopped to take photos, then you were not hearing the explanation. Julia Travel should eliminate this bi-lingual tour, as it was frustrating for everyone to have to listen to the other language.

Emilio was a fast talker with a heavy accent and the audio equipment was not any more helpful, so it was hard to hear and understand. He knew a ton and was happy to repeat and answer questions. The Park Guell? Spelling was just ok. The tour overall is well organized.

I don’t think the experience is worth the cost. You are better off booking both tours separately. The tour is done in both Spanish and English (this is something stated during booking). However it is distracting having to switch between both languages and I feel like they aren’t able to provide as much information because of this format. First the Sagrada Family tour was extremely rushed, full tour was around 40 minutes and extremely high level. I don’t feel like I stepped away knowing more than I could have read on the plaques. We were only giving 10 minutes to explore by ourselves. I wish there was more time to look around before going to the next stop. Then we had to walk 15 minutes to the bus. This should be better communicated because there were a lot of older people who were not prepared to make the walk. When we finally got to Park Guell they didn’t have the microphone for tour guide so we weren’t able to use the hearing devices. They should have had someone come with a new device as that is what we paid for. That was the whole point of getting a tour guide. The tour guide was forced to yell out in front of everyone. In such a crowded space no one was able to hear anything. It was extremely rushed probably less than 30 minutes and we received absolutely no information from the guide. You do not get transportation back from the park, which is fine as it is communicated during booking. But for future bookings I would reminding the group at the beginning of the tour. Overall the tour was a very lack luster experience.

Olga E was an excellent guide. Knowledgeable , easy to understand , told a story as if she lived it . Passionate about her position, set a good pace walking always checking everyone in the group was there.

Wonderful tour of the Segrada. The tour was in English and Spanish so it was a little hard to catch everything. After the Segrada we were transferred to the Park Guell. It was not obvious in the booking that this was only a transfer/drop off and explore on your own and you would have to pay a taxi when finished.

Tour duration was 4 hours +. Check in desk told us duration was 1.5 hours. There was also no transportation provided back to the pickup location. That was not clear as well initially. Tour sites were beautiful and guide was knowledgeable.
