I really enjoyed this panoramic tour of Naples and the historic center. It was a great way to see the city from a more authentic and local point of view, which would be very difficult for a tourist without someone guiding you. The driver, Vincenzo, truly made the difference. He was kind, professional, and very easy to talk to, always making sure everything was going well. He also shared useful tips and little insights that you wouldn’t normally get on your own. It was a very pleasant and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Naples.

I wish or driver had been more of a guide. I am quite sure we passed by many areas of interest without any explanation whatsoever. When asked, he spoke, but no information was freely given.

It looks like you were looking for an expert licenced tour guide .. If you will point it out to me , I could help you in hiring a specific expert tour guide with an extra charge , like other people does if they are interested.. The one you purchased is guide driver that gives you the general information showing you the best places from the city.. I spoke with Vincenzo , and he told me that The tour began as agreed at 9:00 am. at your cruise ship's docking port. Vincenzo di Matola says ... We then went to the Duomo di San Gennaro, where I explained the importance of the patron saint to the city of Naples, while also providing information about the cathedral and the Treasure of San Gennaro. During the wait, your husband temporarily left due to illness; I therefore made sure to accompany him back to the ship before returning to you. Next, we headed to the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, where I described its main exhibits and historical significance. The visit was not scheduled by your choice, as you were understandably concerned about your husband's condition. Next, we reached Castel Sant'Elmo; along the way, I showed you the Vomero neighborhood and gave you a preview of what you would see from the splendid view offered by the castle. Upon leaving, you informed me of your desire to interrupt the tour and return to the ship. On the way back I continued to provide you with explanations about the panoramic view of Naples, pointing out, among others, Vesuvius, Monte Somma, castles and churches visible along the route. I'd like to emphasize that I made myself completely available to you from the beginning, carefully managing the various situations that arose during the tour. I also remind you that the service you booked included a chauffeur-driven tour and not a licensed tour guide; nevertheless, I committed to providing you with as much information as possible during the trip and to answering all your questions. Finally, I believe that if you hadn't been satisfied with the service, I wouldn't have received a generous tip, for which I thank you again. Unfortunately, during the car ride, you were on the phone with the bank and with your husband to check the conditions. I didn't speak so as not to disturb you. I took a tour of Pompeii and the main points of Naples. Everyone's service was always attentive, and everything went as planned: they picked us up at the train station and dropped us off at the hotel at the end of the tour. Perfect. We also transferred to the airport, and everything went very well.
