Very disappointed as we were taken to Harhdorf for 1 1/2 morning tea wasn’t included the driver was great but we booked on a tour of Adelaide city sights no to just go to Harndorf then 1/2 of Adelaide the valve of the trip wasn’t in the cost
We’re sorry to hear the tour did not meet your expectations, Annette. We appreciate your feedback and will review your concerns with our team to ensure the tour details and inclusions are clear.
This tour involved a drive to Hahnhof, where we stopped for an hour. This took a large part of the day, so we had little time elsewhere. We were told about the wineries, but I wanted a tour that focused more on Adelaide, not areas well outside of the city. I think the title of the tour is misleading. We went to Mount Lofty and had a little time there. That was OK. THe actual tour of Adelaide involved a drive around at the end, with no stops and lasted about ten minutes.
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry the tour did not match your expectations, particularly regarding the time spent in Hahndorf and the Adelaide sightseeing. We appreciate you sharing this and will review how the tour is presented and communicated to guests.
Lovely day. Some fog at Mt Lofty.
Thanks for joining us! We're glad you had a lovely day, even with a little fog at Mt Lofty. Hope to see you again soon!
A very enjoyable half day tour with our host Adi. Excellent communication about pick up time/place. And a bonus little Adelaide city tour which was great too. Loved our 2 hours in Hahndorf town, and our visit up to Mt Lofty. Thank you Adi for a lovely tour!
Thanks so much for your lovely feedback! We’re really glad you enjoyed the day with Adi and appreciated the smooth communication, city drive, and stops at Hahndorf and Mt Lofty. Sounds like a great mix of sights! Hope to see you again for another adventure.
This was horrible. There was no history of the city. We were given only minutes to visit a few sights then dumped off at Handorf for 90 minutes with no guide. It was worthless.
Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the tour didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will take your comments on board as we continue to improve our tours.
Excellent trip , our cruise ship was late docking we thought we may miss our guide but he waited for us so started later then planned but he never rushed us Thank you
Thanks so much for your kind words! We’re really glad you made it and that your guide could accommodate the delay. Great to hear you still enjoyed a relaxed, unrushed experience!
This was a well paced easy tour. Our guide, Sam, is very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the places we visited. It was a very well delivered overview. I can recommend this tour!
Thanks so much for your kind words, Wendy! We’re glad you enjoyed the relaxed pace and Sam’s insights, he’ll love hearing this. Appreciate the recommendation!
That Sam the owner takes great joy I providing his clients with the best experience. He is willing to accommodate and modify the tour as needed. He has a wicked sense of humor and we enjoyed his company greatly.
Thanks so much for the lovely feedback! Sam will be chuffed to hear this, he really does love tailoring each tour and bringing a bit of fun along the way. Glad you had such a great time with him!
Excellent afternoon tour, particularly good if your flight arrives in the morning or if you did the 16 hr Kangaroo Island tour the day before.
Thank you Helena, It was a pleasure hosting you yesterday. Hope you have a lovely time in rest of your journey and make some wonderful memories...
Wonderful personalised service. Sam, our driver and tour guide, was very knowledgable about all the local features and history and very friendly. We were fortunate to be driven in an exceptionally presented Mercedes limo. We were very happy with our excursion and highly recommend Bums on Seats. Their communication leading up to the day was clear and timely.
Thank you, Karen! We’re delighted you enjoyed the tour with Sam and the limo experience. Your kind words mean a lot, and we’re glad our communication and service met your expectations.
