I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from your company. Recently, I reached out to inquire why the price of a particular tour was higher than expected. Instead of receiving a clear explanation, I was met with rude and dismissive responses from your team. This is unacceptable, especially from a company that prides itself on offering quality travel experiences. Customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and the way I was treated raises serious concerns about the values and professionalism of your organization. If this is the standard of interaction that customers can expect, I strongly advise future tourists to explore other tour companies that truly value their customers and provide the respect they deserve. I will certainly be considering alternative companies for my future travels and encourage others to do so. Happy to post email trail if they try and talk their way out of it.
