Of course, it should be tried. The weather there was nothing to complain about and we ended up with a sundowner. But 3 hours on the river without seeing so much other than river horses, a simple sprinbug and a number of birds in addition to the other boats, was a little disappointing. We sailed very slowly, which made it pretty hot. But they were not the masters of the wild animals, of which we hoped to see, amongst others, crocodiles, but it missed.
The cruise experience was out of this world: the captain was very knowledgeable about the place and kept us very informed.
