The catacombs are wonderful, the staff at the meeting point were very kind and spoke Spanish, the visit was what we expected and more.

This “tour” was a scam. Avoid at all costs. There were two families on this tour. When we got to the meeting point, instead of the “luxury vehicle” promised we waited with the “host” for thirty minutes in the heat while she tried to get taxi cabs. No luxury vehicle with English speaking driver providing information along the way as advertised. Once in the cab, they took us to the catacombs where literally all she did was walk up to the empty ticket booth and purchase tickets for the tour provided by the catacombs, not by this tour company. These tickets are available to the general public. The tour was only 30 minutes, not the hour advertised, and was with about 20 other random people. Then they sent us back in taxis. I could have done all of this myself for 1/4 of the price, and they refuse to issue a refund. I paid $300 to be put in a taxi cab and sent on a tour not by their tour guide that only cost $10 euro per adults and $7 euro for kids that lasted 30 minutes. The taxi each way was $20 euro. Google this tour provider and you will see that this is par for the course.
