Our tour guide Ruben Matogo was our guide on the Gracepatt echotours Kenya. We had an amazing time, watching the elephants play and hearing the history of the elephants. We also loved the Giraffe Cente, feeding the giraffes is such a delightful event. Our guide, Ruben, added so much to each of these tours, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. Ruben was always sharing additional information, which helped enhance the experience for us.
Fantastic experience with Sam as our guide - he was knowledgeable and personable. We got good viewing points to see both the baby elephants and the giraffes up close!
The booking was easy, and they accept cards through payment link. The tour was really nice, the guide was funny and knowledgeable he made our day, we learned some Swahili words :))
Most important was the fantastic guide we had—Stephen Mutuku! He made the wonderful trip to the David Sheldrick Sanctuary, the Rothschild’s Giraffe Center, and Kobe Tough Bead & Leather Women’s Empowerment Market so much fun!! It is a tour that everyone should do when visiting Kenya.
Stephen was our guide/driver. We ended up being the only couple. It was like a private tour to us. He was very punctual and came very early to pick up. Texted the night before and answered any questions I had. He was very patient and friendly. He was great and in taking pics. He knew exactly what he was doing. His choice of restaurant for lunch was excellent. Tried local food, great food. He even took us to a gift shop to buy souvenirs. Perfect day!

Great tour! A highlight of my time in Nairobi. The elephant orphanage, in particular, was excellent. We arrived everywhere plenty early, which meant we got great vantage points to see the animals. My guide, Wellington, was wonderful, and went above and beyond!
Stephen our guide was great. The tours allow you to get closer to animals then normally possible. Be prepared to want to sponsor the elephants and help keep the sanctuary open. Money well spent.
