We had good communication from the operator prior to travelling, which gives you confidence that all is in hand. One point to consider is that the driver drops you off in Kandy town, rather than your hotel even if you are within city limits. This is just something to consider.
Pre paid transfer with hotel drop off. The driver dropped us off in the centre despite the booking clearly stating hotel drop off. Then demanded 2500 to drop us off at the hotel (10mins away). Complained to the company and they just ignored us.
Dear Sir, Thanks for the update and the review, yes shuttle goes to the Kandy City center not to your hotel in Kandy. You can see this from the description from the product description Regards
Transportation from sigiriya to kandy was perfect. Picked us up at our hotel at the appointed time and dropped us off at our kandy hotel. The driver was super nice and was telling us a bit about the history of the country.
