Alex was a wonderful tour guide. Very personable & knowledgeable. He was easy to spend the day with & a good driver. He took us to three charming towns that we fell in love with. He also arranged a lunch reservation for us which was helpful.

Alex was super friendly, knowledgeable and kind to our group of 8. We absolutely loved spending the day in beautiful French basque towns by the bay and beach. He provided relevant facts and advice on eating, even booking our reservation at a fairly priced restaurant with great ambiance. We had time to browse and shop for produce, souvenirs, dessert, etc. which was wonderful. We had more than enough time to see the different city and natural sights, eat and take photos. On the way back to our hotel, he showed us San Sebastián sights which wasn’t really a planned part of the tour. We are looking forward to doing another day trip tomorrow. Highly recommended! Oh! And we did it in Spanish but he is trilingual which is awesome 🤩

Alex with San Sebastián Trips, was an exceptional tour guide who was well informed and shared his passion for the Basque countryside, traditions and culture. We wandered down the city streets and coastal scapes of Saint Jean de Luz and Biarritz as well as some other Basque countryside towns as Alex shared his knowledge and experiences. The pace of our tour was based on what we wanted to see, what we wanted to eat and on Alex’s recommendations. We were very happy with this tour and highly recommend Alex.

Great way to see small villages in the French Basque region as well as great scenery. The food and shopping are great as well.
Wonderful day heading north towards Biarritz. Casper our tour guide took us along the coast and we made two stops before we arrived in Biarritz. We had a wonderful lunch by the water.
Alex is an excellent guide, we spend a lot of time with him, combine the perfect to accompany you and give you information with give you time for yourself.
We had a wonderful day with Alex! It was one of the highlights of our trip. We enjoyed the cute town of San Jean de Luz- there was great shopping in the village! Biarritz was also lovely. We would definitely recommend and would take a trip with Alex again!
